Your “Master Profile” allows you to save your preferred settings for this plugin and use those same settings on all your client sites.
If you have a master profile already, ticking this box will configure the plugin with your saved settings now.
If you don’t have a master profile, click on the “Set Master Profile” tab on the next page to create one.
